they require is that it would be ordered prior to 2 weeks before the event.

How do I setup my computer for the
network?

Windows 9x Users:

Click: "Start",
"Settings", "Control Panel" |

Double-click "Network" |
 |
Click: "Add" |
 |
Select "Protocol", click
"Add" |

In the left pane select
"Microsoft" |
 |
In the right pane select "TCP/IP" |
 |
Click "OK" |

Select the TCP/IP for your Network card and
click "Properties" |

Select the "IP Address" tab |
 |
Click: "Obtain an IP Address
Automatically" |

Click: "OK" |
 |
If available, select "File and Printer
sharing for Microsoft Networks" and click "Remove". **Note:
File sharing must be turned off during tournaments. You will be disqualified
from the tournament if your File Sharing is on. |
