LanBattle - Permission Slip


I ________________________________________ (parent/guardian) give my
son/daughter, _______________________________ (attendee name) permission to
attend LanBattle. 

        I understand that LanBattle, the LanBattle staff,nor the LanBattle 
sponsors are responsible for any lost or stolen items, injury
or damages at, coming to, or leaving from LanBattle, viruses, hacks,
Trojan Horses received by, or given out by the above listed attendee.
LanBattle is not responsible for the content of any computer on the network,
nor the data transmitted over the LanBattle network.  Any materials on a personal
computer are the sole responsibility of that  computers' owner.  LanBattle does
not assume responsibility for, nor condone the copying or illegal distribution
of any copyrighted software, music, videos, etc.

        I understand that LanBattle can refuse admission to anyone or any piece
of equipment for any reason.

        I understand that my child's name, Handle, image, and other information
may be used by LanBattle or its sponsors to promote product or future LanBattle
related events.

        I understand that in the event that the attendee has violated a
LanBattle rule, Federal, state, or local law the appropriate action will be
taken and the attendee will be asked to leave LanBattle without a refund.  Such
activities include, but are not limited to, stealing, fighting, consumption of
alcoholic beverages, viewing or distribution of pornographic material,
"hacking", cheating, and willful destruction of another's property.
